WE OFFER TOP-QUALITY, PROFESSIONAL

Interpreting Services

Sign Language Interpreters

Our sign language interpreters are all highly trained in translating between a spoken and a signed language, and we have interpreters who are familiar with specific industry terminology in a number of fields.

How does it work?

We interpret what is being said verbally, and sign it for the person who is not hearing but who can understand sign language, and, vice-versa. This allows every member of the meeting to be fully engaged, and ensures accurate communication.

Video Remote Interpreting (VRI)

Need a remote interpreter in order to communicate with a non-hearing participant? No problem!

Using Video Remote Interpreting (VRI), a video-telecommunication service that uses devices such as web cameras or videophones, we are able to hear the spoken conversation in your online meeting, and provide signed interpretation to your deaf participant. When the non-hearing participant needs to provide input, they will sign to our interpreter who will in turn speak to the hearing participants.

Computer-Assisted Real-Time Captioning (CART)

Computer-Assisted Real-Time Captioning (CART) provides real-time captioning and instant speech-to-text transcription, helping individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing to follow live conversations, events, or broadcasts.

Our CART services are provided by trained captioners and specialized software to deliver accurate, real-time captions, ensuring accessibility and inclusion in educational, legal, and public settings.
